Event Details

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. – The Prince George Public Library (PGPL), Northern Medical Program (NMP) and University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) have teamed up to help new parents navigate the world of online health information. As a new parent, or soon to be new parent, it can be frustrating to find accurate health information online. With this in mind, the PGPL, NMP and UNBC will present Exploring Health Information for New Parents at Bob Harkins Branch, with sessions on March 11th and April 7th.

The one-hour hands-on workshops will teach parents how to find, evaluate and apply the information found online. All sessions are the same so families should only register for one. Registration is available online at www.pgpl.ca/events/exploring-health-information-new-parents.
