Public hearing called after Abbotsford police officers use Taser on unhoused man

The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner (OPCC) has called a public hearing into the conduct of two Abbotsford, B.C., officers who the commissioner says used “substantial force” when arresting an unhoused Indigenous man.
