Shooting in Inuvik, N.W.T., prompts shelter-in-place alert in Beaufort Delta

RCMP have cancelled a shelter-in-place alert for Inuvik, Fort McPherson and Tsiigehtchic residents in the Northwest Territories who had been told to stay inside Saturday following reports of an active gunman threat, reportedly at Inuvik’s airport. They provided no details on why the alert was ended.
