Bright Lights event moves from Stanley Park to Surrey’s Cloverdale Fairgrounds

The annual Bright Lights event is coming to Surrey, B.C., after than more than two decades in Vancouver’s Stanley Park. Organizers say they were forced to move the event after the miniature train in Stanely Park was taken out of commission.
