Mother of child killed at N.B. harness race wants answers

Cora Fraser says her three-year-old son died in her arms from catastrophic injuries to his head. Now she’s calling on the Town of Woodstock, N.B., and the harness racing commission to release the information that convinced council racing was safe to resume.
